As Senior Buyer for Ulta Beauty, you'll curate an irresistible beauty destination, managing multi-million product portfolios across cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare and emerging beauty categories. You'll negotiate with global beauty giants, discover breakthrough brands, and create trend-setting assortments that captivate GCCs sophisticated beauty consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic buying plans aligned with local market trends and consumer preferences
- Lead category success with brand selection, product launches and assortment planning strategies across multiple brands
- Build and maintain relationships with beauty brands and emerging suppliers
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize inventory, margins, and sell-through rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful product launches and campaigns
