The Senior Business Setup Advisor will play a key role in acquiring new clients, advising on the most suitable business structures, and managing the end-to-end process of setting up businesses in the UAE. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of UAE company laws, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online channels.
Consult clients on the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their needs.
Advise clients on UAE legal structures, visa requirements, licensing procedures, and corporate bank account opening.
Manage the full client journey -- from inquiry to successful business setup, including documentation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Stay updated on changes in UAE company laws, regulations, and government processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (PRO, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and upsell additional business services such as tax registration, virtual office, and compliance services.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business setup or corporate services in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, visa processing, and regulatory requirements.
Proven sales and business development track record.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
Strong client relationship management and closing skills.
Professional, trustworthy, and highly self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, etc.) and mainland authorities (DED).
Existing client base or portfolio in the UAE is a strong advantage.
