Senior Business Setup Advisor

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Business Setup Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE business setup industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of company formation processes across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions, and will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire setup journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on suitable jurisdictions, legal structures, and licensing options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and follow-up. Work closely with government authorities and free zone representatives. Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE business setup industry (mandatory) Strong understanding of UAE company formation procedures (mainland, free zone, offshore) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proven ability to work independently and meet KPIs Go-getter attitude with a strong sales-driven mindset Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Previous sales experience preferred
