Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 6+ years in IT software/hardware sales, with a minimum of 2 years in the UAE Budget: 15-20k AED Per Month fixed + Sales target based Incentives Role Summary: We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to identify and nurture opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should excel in solution-based selling, be proficient in product demonstrations, and possess a deep understanding of the local sales landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on solution-based selling approaches.
Conduct sales product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand the companys footprint in the UAE.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
Stay abreast of new technologies and sales strategies, adapting to market demands.
Organize and lead workshops to engage potential clients and promote the companys offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) and an MBA.
Proven experience in IT software/hardware sales, with expertise in the UAE market.
Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn and sell emerging technologies.
