Job Overview:
Senior Business Development Manager - Mobility will drive growth and expansion of a Mobility segment for large local/regional or global clients while identifying appropriate business model for sustainable profitability
The position reports Sales Director and will coordinate mainly with the Markets team and across the board. The position also requires to coordinate closely with various entities internally and externally.
What you do:

• Business development (creation of offering for prospects)

• Hunting and prospect client/ broker management

• Build relationships to prospect/ new clients/ brokers

• Tender management for new clients/ brokers, coordination with local markets for cross-market/ global tenders

• Leadership - Influences, motivates, and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations.

• Team Building - Inspires, motivates, and guides others toward goal accomplishments. Consistently develops and sustains cooperative working relationships

What you Bring:

• Bachelor' / Master's Degree; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years experience in Insurance and Automotive industries.

• Physically fit to carry out duties.

• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills

• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
