We're currently focused on Real Estate CRM for Dubai as our launch vertical, our first step toward becoming a globally adaptable, vertical-first CRM platform.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play one of the most impactful roles in our early growth stage.

The Opportunity



We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly strategic Senior Business Development Manager with proven CRM selling experience.

You will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into customers while building DoveHero's sales process from the ground up. As one of the earliest commercial leaders in the company, every initiative, insight, and customer conversation you drive will directly influence our market positioning, product roadmap, and revenue trajectory.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact startup leadership role.

Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Team Management



Lead, mentor, and manage the SDR and BD team. Define team KPIs, quotas, daily/weekly activity expectations, and performance reviews. Optimize handoff processes between teams. Conduct training sessions for demos, objection handling, and sales methodology. Recruit and onboard future sales hires as DoveHero scales.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building



Drive outbound lead generation initiatives together with the SDR. Identify priority segments and build targeted outreach campaigns to support SDR productivity and pipeline health. Work closely with Marketing to develop lead magnets, inbound filters, landing pages, and funnel improvements. Personally generate pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnerships, especially in the early-stage phase. Ensure top-of-funnel consistency by monitoring SDR output, optimizing sequences, and refining ICP-based targeting. Support lead scoring, enrichment, and prioritization based on response signals and qualification criteria.

Lead Conversion & Deal Closing



Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations. Manage the full sales cycle Work closely with the Founder/GM on pricing, large accounts, and enterprise opportunities. Drive revenue targets and ensure high win rates against UAE Real Estate CRM competitors.

Sales Strategy & Forecasting



Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. Identify bottlenecks and optimize pipeline flow. Prepare data-driven insights for leadership to support decision making. Market Intelligence & ICP Refinement Identify trends in buying behavior, CRM adoption, and competitor weaknesses. Use on-ground insights to refine ICP, segment prioritization, and SOM focus. Provide continuous data backed feedback that shapes our GTM strategy.

Requirements



5-7+ years of B2B sales experience

with at least 3+ years selling CRM platforms (must have).

Proven track record managing or leading SDRs/BD teams. Strong experience conducting demos and closing deals in a SaaS, tech, or software environment.

Only UAE based candidates will be considered for this role.

Deep understanding of the UAE market, B2B buyer behavior, and CRM adoption patterns. Exceptional negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management. Highly organized with strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline. Comfortable building processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Have



Experience selling into UAE Real Estate, PropTech, or related industries. Experience with Global CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and/or Local CRM tools. Experience in early-stage SaaS or pre-seed/seed stage startups. Familiarity with ABM, outbound systems, and multi-channel prospecting. Strong ability to deliver insights that influence Product/Marketing.
