About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager with strong market knowledge and an established network in Dubai's real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of developing business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence. Identify potential clients, investors, and project partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of agents, brokers, and developers. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate industry in UAE. Strong network of agents and brokers in Dubai. Proven track record in business development and deal closing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
