Senior Business Development Manager
with amarketing agency background
and a strong track record ofclosing deals with UAE-based clients
. This role offers a high-earning potential with a competitive base salary and lucrative commission structure.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close new business opportunities in the UAE market. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with marketing services buyers. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales and business development for marketing services
. Strong experience working in amarketing agency environment
. Hands-on experienceclosing deals with UAE-based clients
- this is a deal breaker. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven with a proven record of achieving high sales performance.Compensation:
Base Salary:
AED 10,000 - 15,000High Commission Opportunity
