? Salary: AED 20,000 - 22,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy and revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, forging key relationships, and capitalizing on the vibrant Dubai real estate market. This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives on challenge and is motivated by success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various real estate segments (off-plan, secondary market, commercial, luxury properties).
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to expand our market presence and client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, project launches, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-stakes negotiations and oversee the entire sales process from initiation to successful closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):
? Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in UAE Real Estate Sales, with an in-depth understanding of the Dubai property market.
? Leadership Track Record: A demonstrated history of leading, managing, and inspiring high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
? Exceptional Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Driver of Results: A proactive and tenacious individual with a proven drive to deliver results, smash targets, and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.
? Network: An established network of contacts within the UAE real estate sector is a significant advantage.
? License: A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
