Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate accounts, in the travel and tourism sector
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and surpass targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Provide regular reports on business development progress and market insights
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry in the United Arab Emirates
Proven track record in business development, with a focus on corporate accounts and achieving revenue growth
Strong network within the UAE's travel and tourism sector
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
Additional Qualifications and Requirements (As Needed):
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai travel and tourism market
Familiarity with travel software and CRM systems
