We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Senior Business Development Manager

to lead business growth initiatives and drive sales for our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client acquisition, and partnership development in Dubai or the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop a robust pipeline of

clients, brokers, real estate agencies, and corporate partnerships

. Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

, including onboarding additional developers under the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with

real estate agents, investors, consultants, and corporate clients

. Conduct regular

market research

to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Represent the company at

property exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and industry conferences

. Collaborate with

marketing and sales teams

to develop promotional strategies and business pitches. Prepare

business proposals, presentations, and customized offerings

for potential clients. Maintain and update

CRM systems

with leads, prospects, and client interactions. Achieve assigned

revenue and client acquisition targets

. Provide regular

reports and updates

to management on business development activities and market insights.

Requirements

:

Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in

real estate sales or business development

. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and regulatory requirements. Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
