We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving proposals and pitches for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new business opportunities across sectors
Pitch digital marketing services--SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content, Email, Photography, Videography and Editing services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Create tailored proposals and presentations based on client needs
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal strategy and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market movements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-6 years of experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing/advertising agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
