Lead Generation & Management:
Identify and approach potential buyers through networking, referrals, advertisements, and online platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients.
Manage and update the customer database (CRM) with relevant details about leads and opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as a point of contact for customer concerns or queries before and after the sale.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands to inform marketing and development strategies.
Documentation and Compliance:
Assist clients in completing purchase agreements, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the sales process.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework
