Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide business strategy. Oversee and guide junior BD staff in lead generation, client management, and proposal development. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to represent the company. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support business strategies and ensure client requirements are met. Monitor sales performance, prepare business development reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management. Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships. Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and securing key accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership ability and experience managing or mentoring teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make high-level decisions.
