We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Senior Business Development / Business Setup Consultant

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire business setup journey -- from initial consultation to final license issuance -- while identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored business setup advice Recommend appropriate legal structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and jurisdictions Manage company formation processes, including documentation, licensing, and visa applications Liaise with Free Zone authorities, DED, municipalities, and government entities Generate and qualify new leads, prepare proposals, and close deals Assist clients during PRO and banking steps where applicable Stay updated on UAE commercial laws, visa policies, and free zone regulations Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business setup consultancy in the UAE Deep knowledge of UAE company formation regulations and procedures Strong understanding of Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS) and Mainland setup via DED Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho is an advantage Strong time management and organizational skills
