• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Google Analytics (GA4), ensuring accurate funnel tracking, segmentation, and category-level insights.
• Maintain and improve data workflows in Google Sheets, facilitating seamless collaboration and data accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and analytics platforms.

2. Business Intelligence & Reporting Solutions

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operations.
• Lead the migration of reporting solutions (e.g., QlikView to Power BI) to enhance functionality and performance.
• Utilize SQL, R, and Python for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and custom reporting.

3. Data Analysis & Insights Generation

• Conduct in-depth analyses on sales, marketing, and operational data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models and cohort-based analytics to support strategic business planning.
• Leverage SQL, R, and Python for large-scale data analysis and insight generation.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics and BI projects.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as the Marketing & CRM Charter and demand planning efforts.
• Oversee project execution with the Data Labs team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

5. Budgeting, Performance Measurement & Reporting

• Lead monthly and annual budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks using automated dashboards and Google Sheets.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
