We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with financial services/insurance industry expertise and a passion for process improvement. In this role, you will analyse workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and drive operational excellence across the value chain including Brokers/Customers, distribution, underwriting, claims, policy operations, finance, and customer service teams. You will lead an initiative to streamline the E2E process, enhances customer experience, and ensures compliance. :
Map and analyse business processes across ADNIC functions.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
Develop clear documentation: BRDs, process flows, customer journey maps.
Lead workshops and collaborate with senior to mid-level internal/external stakeholders and technical teams.
Track performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
Support change management and champion continuous improvement.
Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are embedded in procedures and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in the Financial Services
Strong background in process reengineering and operational optimization.
Expertise in use of Microsoft 360, Visio, etc.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Certifications: CBAP, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMI-PBA.
Proficient in use of 7QC tools
Preferred - Experience with core insurance systems (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing).
Basic knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and regional compliance landscape
