Senior Business Analyst Process Improvement (insurance) (m/f/d)

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with financial services/insurance industry expertise and a passion for process improvement. In this role, you will analyse workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and drive operational excellence across the value chain including Brokers/Customers, distribution, underwriting, claims, policy operations, finance, and customer service teams. You will lead an initiative to streamline the E2E process, enhances customer experience, and ensures compliance.

- Map and analyse business processes across ADNIC functions.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
- Develop clear documentation: BRDs, process flows, customer journey maps.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with senior to mid-level internal/external stakeholders and technical teams.
- Track performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
- Support change management and champion continuous improvement.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are embedded in procedures and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in the Financial Services
- Strong background in process reengineering and operational optimization.
- Expertise in use of Microsoft 360, Visio, etc.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications: CBAP, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMI-PBA.
- Proficient in use of 7QC tools
- Preferred - Experience with core insurance systems (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing).
- Basic knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and regional compliance landscape
