The Role / Opportunity
Assisting Head of Sales Operation to ensure sales operations are planned and carried out effectively and manage sales administration at Gulf Regional level and coordinate with regional teams to drive targeted volumes and promotions as required.
The ideal Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:
Bachelor\'s degree
Any nationality
30 years or older
Excellent spoken & written English
Advanced Excel Knowledge Including Data Modelling & DAX. Power BI & SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Exposure to SAP BI or similar platform
7 years\' experience as sales or business analyst
Knowledge of the Almarai market or similar FMCG company
Areas of Responsibility includes but not limited to:
Maximize returns on investment through initial review for approval by Gulf Regional Management, followed by periodic verification of results against the plan to validate ongoing practices or advise potential and profitable alternatives.
Competitor analyses on market share, portfolio, sales and margin
Point of interface for coordination between Gulf Region and various HO departments / functions such as Business Units, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Systems & Processes, etc,
Internal Coordination with Country Managers, Regional Finance Teams, Sales Information Analysts and other Sales Support Operational Teams for Gulf Regional Business requirements
Various analysis by Market, Category, Channel, covering either Modern Trade, Traditional Trade or Food service handling multi million lines of data.
Analyses of SKU, by product group by region by depot by channel.
Data analysis on Net sales volume, wastage factors, margin, and price
