Our client is a vital government entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. They are looking to grow their team by hiring a talented Emirati National as a Senior Business Analyst within the Data & BI department.
Role:
Help the data analytics team to identify users’ business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct workshops and engage with business users to identify business value. Conduct extensive market research to
provide the team with valuable insights as part of the solution development cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholder teams across business units to develop analysis and documentation
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Author and update internal & external documentation, and formally deliver requirements and documentation
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Create and implement precise management plans for projects
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Provide input for the preparation of Section budgets and assist in the implementation of approved Budgets and work plans
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control
- Implement approved Department policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering or Computer Science
- 4+ years of proven experience in business requirements documentation (BRD) for complex software
- Experience in Agile methodology and associated tools: e.g., Jira, DevOps, etc.
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Exposure to Vendor Management, Planning, and Budgetary skills
- Emirati National with a Family Book
