Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Business Analyst role located in Dubai, UAE. The Business Analyst will be responsible analyzing the existing software product, its enhancement needs, modernization needs and create system design and documentation for a new platform upgrade.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and the development team Take part in regular team meetings, including stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure deliverables are on target track. Produce and update comprehensive product documentation. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members. Present technical ideas in an accessible way for non-technical audiences. Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities to propose effective solutions. Lead project management efforts, including planning and performance monitoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 5+ years of proven experience working as a Software Business Analyst / Product Analyst in a Software firm Having Product & BA Certifications is an added advantage Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Skills Required

Proven experience in eliciting requirements The ability to work collaboratively across several IT and business functions. Business & Functional understanding Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications Analysis, Solution definition and Problem solving. Project Management experience is a value-add Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with clients
