If the answer is Yes, then you might be our new Senior Business Analyst!

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for projects right from the start and you will be the interface between customers, developers, and other stakeholders.

• You help our customers to identify their specific needs and are largely responsible for structuring the resulting requirements.
• In addition, you incorporate industry and business-specific requirements into the concepts and prepare business requirements for technical implementation.
• Thanks to your in-depth technical understanding, you give stakeholders your assessment of the feasibility of projects in the pre-project phase.
• Due to your close and trusting cooperation with the customers, you are able to understand the challenges of our customers and to take their long-term strategy into account. From this, you independently identify new opportunities and pursue them in consultation with your colleagues from the Client Services department.
• You control the project as a whole, have a firm grip on the product backlog, develop requirements precisely and completely, and set priorities together with the customer.
• You support sales and business development with concepts and proposals for new projects.

What we\'re looking for in you:

• Self-motivated, highly structured, great sense of responsibility and driven
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst directly working with the customers.
• Prior experience of leading the Product definition and development.
• Ability to run Customer and Internal workshops.
• Know how to get your point across to anyone who will listen, and your passion and enthusiasm motivate your colleagues to love the user too.
• Solid understanding of Business Strategy, Experience Design and Technology
• Significant experience on Scrum and other Agile methodologies
• Experience in Jira, Confluence and enterprise CMS platforms is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in an open and informal environment where flexibility comes with accountability.
• Specific industry experience in Retail, Travel & Hospitality or Financial Services will greatly help.
• Fluency in English and preferably also in Arabic
