Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible to manage and support he interaction between I&TF teams and Business units. - It is responsible to build positive client relationships during and post projects. - The Function is responsible on workforce development, assess the clients' needs, define business issues, assess customer feedback, respond to all appeal requests, publish the satisfaction survey and any interaction that results in measurable improvement in desired outcomes for both parties. 1. Functional Strategy : Serve as the lead point of contact for business to enhance and strengthen the business relationships and building effective communication channel 2. Training : - Attend the trainings identified by the department External and Internal Meetings - Lead and participate meetings to discuss project requirements 3. Team Culture : - Assist to Management in developing a sense of urgency within the team and a culture inline with DEWA's strategy and objectives. - Perform in creating business case (BS) and Business Requirements Document (BRD) with business - Perform in create relevant content for Annual IT satisfaction Surveys in coordination with various IT departments. - Contribute and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to publish and analyze the responses received for the Annual IT satisfaction Surveys - Perform in Validating the various complaints raised against I&TF services. - Identify and analyses the complaints raised against I&TF services by performing root cause analysis. - Report the complaints raised against I&TF services to managers engage with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions for future. - Engage with the relevant business functions and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are : - Reflected accurately and identify any issues to ensure seemless delivery of initiatives - Engage with the relevant business functions and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are reflected accurately and identify any issues to ensure seemless delivery of initiatives. Qualification Nationals : Bachelor's degree, or equivalent certification in Computer Science or any related technical stream.
