Skills: ADO, Agile, Business Analyst, Functional documentation, ScrumMaster, Technical writer, Web Infrastructure Fundamentals, personalization
Manage Business Analyst role, and also double hat as PMO/Scrum Lead.
Lead the IFE transformation program to translate business narrative to various workstreams.
