We are currently seeking a
Senior Building Material Specialist
to lead our sourcing, selection, and procurement of high-quality construction materials. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience managing vendor relationships in theconstruction or fit-out industry
.Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and recommend building materials based on project requirements Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors Monitor market trends and negotiate favorable pricing and terms Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to sites Collaborate with project, engineering, and procurement teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in building materials (fit-out, MEP, structure, or finishes) Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software is a plus
