We are hiring a Senior Brand Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives at 6thStreet.com, one of the GCC's top omnichannel fashion and lifestyle platforms. Based in Dubai, this strategic role will shape brand identity, amplify awareness through influencer marketing and digital storytelling, and drive engagement across social media, brand campaigns, partnerships, and events.

Core Duties
Brand Campaign Leadership

• Design and deliver 360 integrated brand campaigns from concept to launch
• Align strategies across media, CRM, creative, and product teams for unified execution
• Track and optimize KPIs including brand engagement, awareness, and conversion

Influencer Strategy & Management

• Create always-on and campaign-specific influencer plans across Gulf markets
• Build relationships with top creators, tastemakers, and fashion influencers
• Track ROI, oversee contract compliance, and manage influencer payments

Social Media & Content Ownership

• Own brand voice and social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Drive audience growth through storytelling, trend-driven content, and UGC collaboration
• Manage content calendars, community engagement, and performance tracking

Creative Direction & Identity

• Ensure consistent visual and messaging standards across all customer touchpoints
• Oversee brand audits, competitor benchmarking, and creative briefs to in-house or agency teams
• Maintain strong cultural awareness to keep branding fresh and relevant

Events & Brand Partnerships

• Plan and lead events, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns that elevate brand impact
• Forge strategic brand partnerships to expand audience reach and drive earned media
• Analyze event and partnership ROI across both engagement and commercial metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of brand marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or tech
• Proven success in influencer engagement, digital campaigns, and social growth
• Strong creative instincts and deep understanding of Gen Z and millennial culture
• Data-driven and analytical, with ability to translate insights into action
• Skilled in project management, stakeholder coordination, and agency oversight
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
