This position will play a very important role in scaling the company by helping the growth of the organization through Brand Marketing Lens. You will play a role part manager, part hands on Brand Marketer and GTM \xe2\x80\x93 Go to Marketing expert. This is a senior role with a mix of managerial, tactical execution and technical skills.

Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory.
Build, Inspire, mentor and lead Brand Marketing Tactics and actions (Creative, Content, social media, and Communications) and teams to deliver fast paced growth along with, defining the departmental vision.
Define and adjust metrics to track performance for growth & Lead processes to build & manage all kind of attribution and digital dashboards to track metrics you defined for growth.
Play a key role on OKR, KPI setting and budget planning process.
Manage & optimize campaign budgets over different channels to bring efficient growth.
Keep ideating and experimenting to achieve exponential growth for the markets.
Develop new creative, innovative, and out-of-the-box approaches in applying the business\xe2\x80\x99s messages.
Build brand awareness through marketing campaigns using a diverse media mix model strategy.
Responsible for setting up guidelines, establishing brand best practices and keeping the company brand guide up-to-date and ensuring compliance across the organization, and with partners, event leaders, and more.
Manage external relationships with all types of advertising, media, PR and social marketing agencies and other external partners.
Use data-driven metrics to inform formulation of new brand strategies, improvement of existing brand strategies, and capitalize on any emerging opportunities.
Create messaging strategies for key segments and provide marketing teams with necessary brand and communications assets.
Relevant Experience
10-15 years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university. Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field and an MBA is preferred. FMCG preferred.
Must have experience of managing high amount of budgets in hundreds of thousands in USD/AED/PKR.
Experience in Brand Marketing in one of these areas is very nice to have: B2C & B2B , E-Commerce, or Marketplace.
Developing creative and innovative brand marketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online mediums/channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages is essential.
Possess superior communication skills and must be comfortable interacting with senior executives and external business partners.
Experience of building and scaling an international Brand Marketing Execution and able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with partners as well as with internal teams.
Carrying out a systematic check of affiliates for the quality of the provided traffic and fraud, monitoring the implementation of this procedure.
Analysis of affiliate programs of competitors, development of new advertising materials for partners, and analysis of their conversion.
Control over payments to partners.
Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports and traffic analysis.
Building KPIs and optimizing processes within the affiliate team, forming a team for the needs of the business.
Solid Team building and leading experience.
Emerging Markets experience a strong plus.
Strong understanding of digital channels and how customers interact with these through their purchase journey.
Analytical skills: use data-driven reports to spur coaching sessions and empower team members to take ownership of their opportunity pipelines.
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
