Our client is a strategy-led brand creation and activation specializing in differentiated brand positioning. They are an award-winning regional brand consultancy based in Dubai and Riyadh. They are currently on the lookout for a creative \'Senior Brand Designer\' to join their team.
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be part of the Brand Design team, responsible for the conceptualization and design of creative solutions for our clients. You will also be \xef\xbb\xbfempowered to take ownership over the brands you work on. You\'ll be expected to know what\'s best for our clients and to advise on strategic creative solutions that drive Design Excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and take ownership over assigned brands and clients
Conceptualize, design and execute brand identity systems and solutions
Work closely with the Head of Brand Design & Creative Impact to establish and maintain design processes that increase efficiency and drive design excellence
Work closely with the strategy team to understand the differentiation factors for each of our clients and align on brand strategies that define effective design solutions
Be incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in Adobe design software
Be engaged with the regional and global design scene and understand the differences between trends and timeless design approaches
Motivate, inspire and mentor junior designers on best practices
Have impeccable time management skills that maximize productivity and increase the overall efficiency of the consultancy; you know how to prioritize your daily workload
Have a natural inclination for storytelling
Portray excellent and proficient communication skills; know how to brief projects in and how to present to internal teams and to clients
Competencies:
Excellent knowledge of Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A solid mix of creativity, maturity, decisiveness, flexibility and a high degree of motivation for the work
An ability to persuasively communicate with other departments, clients and suppliers is essential, along with good judgment and effective client relationship building skills
Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
Knowledge in utilizing new media, such as digital, and mobile applications.
3D knowledge is a HUGE plus+
Background:
Experience working in a branding agency, consultancy or studio for a few years
Impressive track record as a branding designer
A solid portfolio of branding-related work (preferably with digital and motion touchpoints)
3 to 5+ years as a Senior Brand Designer
Excellent English, verbal and written Arabic is a major plus+
