Charterhouse is working with a luxury event planning company that is looking to hire a Senior Architectural Designer to join their growing team in Dubai.
About the role
The Senior Architectural Designer will develop, plan, and execute a variety of both internal and external events. You will oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including identifying and working with a variety of external venues/facilities, negotiating contracts with vendors, and maintaining and managing event budgets. This role is responsible for the overall activities concerning an event, including idea generation, creating the final design for the event, determining the best production process to apply, as well as managing the event production and implementation. While designing an event, you will be required to take into consideration the entire consumer journey. In addition, you will ensure the development of sophisticated events that support the companies brand-building and key business goals, ensuring project delivery within the required deadlines.
About you
The successful candidate should have more than 5 years’ experience within Luxury Events and hold a bachelor’s Degree of Interior Design or Interior Architecture. You must have extensive knowledge of using AutoCAD / Adobe creative suite. You will need to have a passion for FF&E with a vast knowledge of suppliers, product and specialist finishes.
