Job Details
Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software's.
To create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and other structures using BIM software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.
Ensure the models are accurate and meet project requirements by referring BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Use the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
Develops detailed 3D models of building components and systems.
Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated and accurate models.
Performs clash detection and resolves clashes in the model.
Responsible for creating visually appealing and accurate representation of the building that can be used for presentation, marketing and client reviews.
Extract data from the model to generate accurate quantity take-offs for cost estimation.
