Senior Bim Coordinator

Job Description
Lead and coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines,
with over 10 years of experience
in BIM management and coordination. Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards. Review and manage 3D models for design accuracy, constructability, and client compliance. Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality checks using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design coordination. Mentor and provide technical guidance to BIM modelers and junior staff. Prepare as-built models and maintain accurate BIM documentation for project handover. Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards, LOD specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
