Job Summary
The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for overseeing and executing the billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in invoicing and revenue recognition. This role serves as a key liaison between finance, operations, and clients to support timely and accurate billing, improve processes, and provide insights through financial data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
- Analyze billing data and trends to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain billing system data integrity; assist with system enhancements and implementations.
- Prepare and present billing reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management.
- Train and mentor junior billing staff, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
