My client, a multidisciplinary firm delivering projects worldwide, is currently looking for a Senior BID Coordinator with 8 years of experience to join their growing team.

Senior BID Coordinator requirements:

• 8 years of experience as a BID Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 ideally, skills of an Architect / Engineer tendering with a similar experience in bidding
• GCC / UAE experience is essential
• Must be experienced in the use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Degree or Diploma

Key responsibilities:

• Organise bid review meetings and circulate invitations to the bid team.
• Review EOIs and RFPs from clients and provide a summary of and advise on submission requirements.
• Prepare and/or issue RFP tender queries to clients.
• Coordinate with and follow-up clients regarding RFP tender queries.
• Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of EOI and pre-qualification proposals and submissions.
• Ensure all proposal documents follow company branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
• Coordinate with and follow-up sub consultants and specialists\xe2\x80\x99 proposals during bidding and tender process.
• Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of bid and tender proposals and submissions.
• Facilitate delivery of softcopy and hardcopy of pre-qualification, bid and tender proposals and submissions.
• Compile proposal submission sections, appendices and attachments into the required format.
• Implement all necessary bid and tender proposal documents\xe2\x80\x99 version control procedures and processes.
• Issue NDAs and RFPs to sub consultants and specialists.
• Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of response to clients\xe2\x80\x99 post tender clarifications and submissions.
