    Job Title: Senior Bid Specialist - Design/Project Management Consultancy Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Salary: Up to 30,000 AED per month + Visa + Medical Insurance Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Bid Specialist in a Leading Design and Project Management Consultancy! We are actively seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client, a prestigious consultancy specialising in residential, commercial, and education projects across the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities:
    • Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end bid process, collaborating with internal teams to create winning proposals for residential, commercial, and education projects.
    • Proposal Development: Develop compelling and technically sound proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
    • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, address queries, and tailor proposals to showcase the consultancy\'s expertise effectively.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities, contributing valuable insights to bid strategies.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and project management teams, ensuring seamless integration of technical and commercial elements in proposals.
    Requirements:
    • Qualifications: Technical qualifications related to design or project management are essential.
    • Experience: Proven track record in bid management within a consultancy environment, ideally with experience in residential, commercial, and education projects.
    • Consultancy Background: Strong understanding of the consultancy landscape, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling proposals.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
