Beauty Therapist License& Laser Hair Removal

Core Technical Skills:

Advanced facial treatments (Hydrafacial, Oxyfenofacial, Vampire facial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion) Expertise in Eletrolysis & laser hair removal Proficiency in skin rejuvenation treatments (PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling) Knowledge of body contouring and slimming treatments

Microblading and semi-permanent makeup techniques

Strong understanding of skin types, concerns, and treatment customization Ability to analyze skin and recommend accurate treatment plans Expertise with beauty/aesthetic equipment and safety protocols

Professional Skills

Excellent client consultation and communication skills Ability to upsell and cross-sell treatments confidently Strong knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to handle VIP clients with discretion and care Strong customer service and client-relationship management Ability to maintain treatment records and follow clinical protocols Strong time-management and multitasking skills

Leadership & Senior-Level Skills

Ability to mentor junior therapists and ensure treatment quality Training and supervising team members as needed Maintaining high standards of service across all treatments Supporting management with quality control and client satisfaction

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience working in Dubai Silicon Oasis Area Knowledge of skincare products and retail sales Ability to work with diverse clients and multicultural environments
