?Charterhouse is working with a Prestigious International Law Firm seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their team in Dubai.
About the Role
The Senior BD & Marketing Manager will support the firm's Middle East practice, leading BD and marketing initiatives which align with the firms regional growth objectives.
The role will involve focusing on creating and implementing business development strategies, collaborating closely with partners to identify and target new client opportunities within key industry sectors. Overseeing the entire bids process, this role will drive high-quality submissions, ensuring best practices are being upheld at all times. Additionally, the role will conduct in-depth market research to shape integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen partner client-targeting efforts.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager working at an international firm who is looking for a fresh challenge and joining a high-performing team. This role will work alongside an experienced function, taking the lead for the business development & marketing strategy across the Middle East practice, reporting to the global head of BD & marketing.
About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant legal BD/Marketing Manager level experience.
Our client is looking for someone who is already based in the Middle East, working for a leading international law firm. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive strategic planning for cross-practice projects are paramount for this role. Our client requires someone with proven experience in managing pitches, client development projects, and marketing campaigns with excellent knowledge of the Middle East legal landscape.
