Senior Banquet Executive

Job Description

  • Managing administrative aspects of all events and be primar incharge for the smooth flow of events.
  • Gathering specific customer requirements for the event and ensure that those are fulfilled in the event execution.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Supervisor and all third party providers, suppliers and other agencies for on time delivery of all requirements.
  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of all venues in coordination with Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Manage all staff under supervision by effectively planning shifts based on event requirements.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for F&B inventory and F&B store on event days.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Banquet and Logistics Team on pricing and preparation of menus etc.
  • Assist with the staff training program.
  • Ensure proper setting of layout during all events as per the client requests, Alignment of the equipment.
  • Making sure of reporting all the incidents to the line manager, and to follow the SOP's.
  • Evaluate and train all operational staff in customer management and service delivery.
  • Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience in hospitality.
