Key Responsibilities:



1. Hybrid B2B Business Development:



Execute a multi-channel sales approach, combining high-level cold calling, professional networking, and face-to-face corporate meetings to secure B2B contracts. Proactively identify and hunt new corporate partnership opportunities within the UAE market. Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation (telesales/outreach) to final contract signing and closing.

2. Strategic Contract Management:



Lead negotiations with corporate decision-makers, procurement managers, and business owners. Draft and finalize commercial proposals and B2B service agreements, ensuring they align with company profit margins. Work closely with the Team Leader to refine sales pitches and adapt strategies for high-value targets.

3. Client Relationship & Retention:



Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring a premium service experience. Conduct regular follow-ups and "account farming" to upsell and cross-sell services to existing B2B clients. Bridge the gap between sales and operations to ensure seamless delivery of promised services.

4. Performance Monitoring & Support:



Assist the Team Leader in mentoring junior agents on B2B etiquette and advanced closing techniques. Provide accurate weekly pipeline forecasts and activity reports via CRM. Maintain a high volume of daily activities (calls and meetings) while focusing on the quality and conversion of B2B leads.

Requirements:



Experience: 4+ years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record in B2B Sales (Outdoor & Indoor) within the UAE. Language: Fluent/Native proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for corporate communication. Skills: Exceptional negotiation and "closing" skills. Ability to handle rejection and pivot strategies quickly. Mobility: Must have a valid UAE Driving License (essential for B2B client visits). Tech Savvy: Advanced user of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint for proposals).
