Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-approval process.
- Ensure that pre-approvals are obtained in time for all OP cases (TAT of 6 hours)
- Insurance protocols and guidelines complied effectively.
- To check all the supporting documents before submitting for pre-approval thereby reducing multiple queries and delays.
- Check all the Eligibility and Co-payment to avoid rejections
- To be in continuous contact with physicians and Insurance companies to close all the approvals within the TAT
- Work closely with the submission and resubmission department to ensure that the process is completed as per the standard protocols and submitted on time and respond to all queries within the day.
- Ensure billing issues are sorted and first review of claims done within 24 hours to proceed further for immediate submission and eliminate Time denials-to check with concerned billers and UIC on status
- Create second in line for all leave coverage
- Overall 3+ years of experience in Customer Care/Insurance department in Aster DM Healthcare, UAE..
- Must have knowledge on Insurance pre-approval process.
- Must have experience working with submission and re-submission
