Knowledge
Needs to be up to date on information related to the Aluminium industry.
Further develop technical understanding of products and their application.
Expand the understanding of customer's business.
Understand EGA's global position and link the strategies developed to maintain it .
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing/Sales/Commercials or related
2-3 years relevant experience in Marketing, Sales or Commercial area in similar industry, with preferably international experience.
This role needs extensive travelling and would be stationed in one of the countries for business expansion and setup
Skills:
Strong knowledge of the aluminium smelting industry
Knowledge of commercial and operational systems/processes
Understanding of a wide range of cultures and business practices
Knowledge of ISO/TS and other quality requirements for Marketing& Sales and casting operations
Ability to converse in English and Arabic (depending on the assigned region)
Good Knowledge of the Sales and Marketing process flows
Good Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
Planning and Organizing Skills
