Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 10 years' experience of post-qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of handling complex legal matters, mentor junior lawyers, and managing client relationships with confidence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation. Handle a broad range of complex legal cases from inception to resolution. Lead and supervise legal teams on client matters and litigation files. Draft, review, and negotiate high-level contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance. Collaborate with partners on business development and client acquisition. Provide mentorship and support to junior associates and legal staff. Stay current with changes in legislation, case law, and industry developments.
Requirements:

Law degree from a recognized institution and valid license to practice law in jurisdiction Minimum 10 years of PQE, preferably in corporate law, litigation, etc. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex legal matters with minimal supervision. Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A client-focused approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Existing client base or portable book of business is an asset.
