Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across major business areas, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Digital/E-commerce, and Business Development.
• Support sourcing, merchandising, and visual display initiatives to enhance retail performance and customer engagement.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, brand visibility programs, and customer experience activations.
• Contribute to financial analysis, cost control, and business planning processes during the finance rotation.
• Support digital product analytics and data-driven strategy initiatives to understand customer behavior and guide innovation.
• Collaborate on business development projects focused on market expansion and long-term growth.
• Work closely with mentors and team leaders to complete key functional projects and deliver measurable results.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Science, Applied Media, Arts and Sciences, or Hospitality and Hotel Management.
• Recent graduate from 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and adaptability to new challenges.
