ROLE SUMMARY
The Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide fresh graduates with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in key Human Capital functions. These functions include Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Culture, Learning & Development, and Human Capital Business Partnering. The program aims to develop future-ready professionals in the Human Capital field. Ultimately, it prepares graduates to contribute to the organization's people strategy and operations. ROLE PROFILE

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding efforts.
• Support compensation, benefits, and rewards analysis.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture and inclusion.
• Organize and evaluate training programs.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations.
• Provide support to business units in various human capital functions.

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong desire to build a career in Human Capital.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work collaboratively.
