Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 15-month structured rotational program across core retail functions such as Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Digital/E-commerce, and Business Development.
• Support key projects and deliverables within each rotation, contributing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and growth.
• Gain exposure to store operations, sourcing, merchandising, and customer experience strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, activations, and brand communication initiatives.
• Assist finance departments with business planning, cost control, and data analysis.
• Contribute to digital transformation and e-commerce projects through analytics and product development support.
• Engage in business development projects focused on identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Science, Applied Media, Arts and Sciences, or Hospitality and Hotel Management.
