What you\'ll do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations and support for retail business locations.
- Manage and coordinate repair and maintenance activities to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of store facilities.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring efficient asset utilization and replacement strategies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
- Maintain a repository of service contracts, track service levels, and ensure vendors are meeting contractual obligations.
- Support the planning and execution of facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and update facility layouts, schematics, and floor plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to facilities, projects, and real estate activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to facilities management and retail operations.

- Bachelor\'s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in facilities management, preferably within the logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance practices, asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and service contract administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create, modify, and interpret facility drawings and layouts.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facility management and retail operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications in facilities management or related fields are a plus.
