Drive successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables
Support the development and updates of frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management
Support project definition, prioritization, and development in collaboration with functional heads
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up frameworks to manage initiatives, including methodologies, tools, and organizational structures
Determine the priorities for implementing initiatives in coordination with the Business Owners
Review business cases to ensure relevance of future initiatives, identify synergies with existing or upcoming initiatives, and avoid duplication of efforts across the Group
Provide support leveraging the EPMO dynamic rool of resources and maintaining related records and reports updated
Identify the interdependencies between initiatives, monitor, and report on those independencies
Set up priorities to tasks and categorizing them according to previously set standards
Maintain the organizational structure and roles within the initiatives ecosystem
Provide support to the business owners and sponsors in uplifting the quality of plans and other project & initiative artifacts
Carry out risk and issue management process including, identification, mitigation planning, and monitoring of corrective actions as per the established EPMO framework.
Review quality, performance reports and perform Quality Assurance on specific initiatives deliverables/outputs
Manage and monitor change requests and ensure that they adhere to the approved policies
Create visually compelling reports and consolidate or detail information according to the target audience
Qualifications
YoE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSRELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 5+ years of experience in Project Management Office Role
Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of: N/A FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Experience in PMO in the Real Estate sector or corporate departments in a holding strucuture
Managed implementations from ideation closing of initiatives in discplines such as CX, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Data, Innovation and Process Improvement
