We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our TREASURY SERVICES team. This role is in Dubai, UAE
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Act as client service point of contact for daily inquiries and ensuring timely response by adhering to service levels for resolution; providing quality professional client experience & communication
Responsible for meeting productivity targets set forth acting as a L1 immediate support, response/resolution
Identify and escalate appropriately to Senior Client Service Officer and/or Service Director, on matters requiring immediate attention
Utilize speak-up culture to provide inputs in the Transformation agenda for Global Client Service
Develop a firm understanding of all BNY standards (policies/procedures) & Client Service tools/systems required
Acquire and utilize knowledge of core Treasury Services product suite and associated operational flows to appropriately address client inquiries
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Banking/Financial) is preferable
3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred; experience in an operational area and/or client services desirable.
Direct client-facing experience within Financial Services
Experience of correspondent banking/understanding of the payment's products and life cycle.
Experience in discussing digital solutions to clients
Self-motivated with client focus centricity
Strong communication skills; written, verbal and effective listening skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Able to adapt to changing environment and business needs
