Your Impact:
- End-to-end program management of all digital projects from inception to go-live, including process mapping and project reporting.
- Assist in running client relationships, client meetings, and client workshops
- Develop relationships with our client and vendor partners. Provide day-to-day contact for clients on track related communications and foster teamwork with UX, Content, Technology and SME’s for project delivery
- Lead project estimations and staffing and ensure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget
- Handle a project life-cycle from beginning to end –seeing the big picture as you go while maintaining reliability and continual follow-through
- Establish and maintain processes to run scope over the project lifecycle

Your Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years project management experience in successfully delivering marketing and technology solutions; consulting and digital experience preferred.
- Solid grasp of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, handle risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management systems (Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal), content and data migration, the ins and outs of branded websites and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of software creation processes, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components.
- Comfort with Agile work practices. You are able to run effective standups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning and releases.
- Personality! Should have a sense of humor and be able to see the funny side of life. An enthusiastic participant and a thoughtful observer when the moment calls for it.
- Cool in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured work environments.
- You get your stuff done and know how to give proper estimates.
Additional Information
Set Yourself Apart With:
- Experience in resource management from a consulting/technology firm with rapidly changing project needs
- Experience in staffing/handling workforce solutions within the financial services industry is a plus
- Project/Program Manager experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives to successful completion
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting, etc.)
