Job Description

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum of (15) years of experience in relevant field

Responsibilities (Not limited to)

• Landscape and Irrigation Material Inspection and Checking on delivery to Site and during installation.
• Carrying out daily Inspection on site as per Inspection (CRI).

• Carrying out snag listing, De Snag listing, and testing and commissioning on Site for Final Handing Over.

• Carrying out Soil Compaction, Landscape Retaining wall, and backfilling as per approved drawing.

• Responsible for issuing and closing of NCR, if work found not as per Approved Shop Drawing.

• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information relating to the landscaping, irrigation and associated works

• Check variance in form and quality of work and advise corrective measures
• Monitoring Consultant QA/QC activities and maintain records.

• Auditing inspections for conformity to contract documents and contract submitted plans. Ensuring all designs are compliant with regulations, specifications & requirements.

• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.

• Providing assistance and daily work progress to the Landscape Project Manager.

• Manage asset maintenance program to ensure preventative and/or predictive maintenance plans

• Develop, audit and review the maintenance plan of the park assets network and related works
