The Senior Art Director is the guardian of the agency's
creative, aesthetic, and experiential vision
. He/She defines, structures, and embodies the
creative DNA
of the brands supported by the agency, ensuring the highest standards aligned with
luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fine dining, fashion, and premium experiences
.
He/She oversees all creative projects --
branding, campaigns, content, scenography, and brand experiences
-- from concept to execution, ensuring full coherence between
visual identity, storytelling, space, and emotion
.
Candidate Profile
Minimum
6 to 8 years of experience
as an Art Director within an agency environment.
Mandatory experience
in
luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fine dining, fashion, or premium brands
.
Strong expertise in
branding, art direction, campaign production, concept creation, shooting direction, brand image, high-end design, and scenography
.
Proven experience in
scenographic design and artistic direction of premium events
.
Ability to work with
demanding, high-end clients
and deliver a
strong, modern, and luxury-aligned creative vision
.
Open to
Moroccan and international profiles
.
Solid background in
multi-client agency environments
.

Key Responsibilities1. Art Direction & Creative Vision
Define and embody the
global creative vision
across projects.
Design strong, distinctive, and coherent
brand universes
.
Develop creative concepts for
campaigns, launches, and brand activations
.
Ensure aesthetic alignment with
luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fine dining, and fashion codes
.
Act as a strong
creative partner and force of proposal
for demanding premium clients.
2. Branding & Brand Image
Lead
branding projects
(visual identity, brand books, graphic guidelines).
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (
digital, print, and events
).
Supervise high-end design:
typography, color palettes, layouts, and visual directions
.
Guarantee impeccable
attention to detail and finishing quality
.
3. Campaign Production & Shooting Direction
Lead the design and production of
creative campaigns
.
Provide artistic direction for
photo and video shoots
.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, set designers, and creative talents.
Supervise post-production and final content delivery.
Ensure adherence to
timelines, budgets, and quality standards
.
4. Scenography & Brand Experiences
Design and direct the
artistic scenography
of events, launches, dinners, installations, and brand experiences.
Define spatial concepts, guest journeys, atmospheres, decor, and staging.
Translate brand DNA into
immersive and cohesive physical experiences
.
Collaborate with scenographers, architects, decorators, florists, and event producers.
Supervise on-site art direction (setup, lighting, signage, aesthetic details).
Deliver
premium, distinctive, and memorable brand experiences
.
5. Studio Management & Organization
Manage the
creative studio team
(designers, graphic designers, freelancers).
Structure creative processes and workflows.
Organize and prioritize creative projects in coordination with internal teams.
Support the professional growth and skill development of creative talents.
Work closely with
Digital, PR, and Influencer Marketing teams
.
