The Role
As the

primary point of contact for clients
and oversees all internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for all clients (calls, emails, strategic follow-ups).
Lead client presentations, performance reviews, and high-level strategic meetings.
Ensure a
premium client experience
through responsiveness, clarity, and exceptional service quality.
Translate client needs into clear internal briefs and coordinate execution with internal teams.
2. Team Leadership & Internal Organization
Lead and manage all teams (direct and indirect reporting lines), both local and international.
Design and implement organizational structures, career paths, and strategic hiring plans across departments.
Establish clear and efficient internal processes to enhance communication and collaboration.
Prioritize and coordinate projects across departments.
Assess team performance and support continuous skills development.
Oversee global planning and production timelines.
3. Strategy & Operations
Define and execute global strategies aligned with both client objectives and company vision.
Coordinate content creation and ensure strong brand alignment across all deliverables.
